Subdue The World Without Gun!
Today we live in an era where we can conquer the world. Because Man with his passion,skills and excellent knowledge of technology has become a most powerful entity.
Today the meaning of Technology has become "Automation".And so has become a necessity rather than luxury.
Automation in industries and infrastructures is playing a key role for increasing rate of production and efficiency with decreasing human efforts and errors and largely diminishing production cost. And so the world tries to become an automated place for better tomorrow.
Today every industry wants to do OTI (One Time Investment) for automating the process. And expects fastest and bulk outcome from these process driven activities.
BUT for somewhat better tomorrow although we are automating the processes and expecting bulk output but "At the cost of Human" that means Machines are replacing the Humans.
Human himself is elemental in automating the activities but it is reducing the employment rate too.
So atleast at some areas human should loss his sweat.
Because India is known for having highest population and vast workpower so in any case machines shouldn't replace the humans. We should understand that machines too have its depreciation value and wear and tear property so for its maintenance it too requires a human..So solution to such tradeoff condition can be drawn by creating proportional cycle that behind every LSIA (Large Scale Industry Automation) there should be a group of 6-7 persons, for MSIA( Medium Scale Industry Automation) a trio will look for and for SSIA(Small Scale Industry Automation) a person or two will work for.
By maintaining this balanced cycle for long lasted time we can easily maintain the ratio of humans per machine without hampering the employment rate.
And students who are pursuing technical education are most contributing part for winning the world in terms of technology and human employment.
Today practically we cannot hold a weapon in hand and perform world war but definitely we can achieve the victory over the world by creating huge wall of difference by progressing technology and keeping human aspirations intact.
And then only in true sense we can
